Bash Volume II Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club Book 4 edition by Candace Blevins Paranormal Romance eBooks
Bash initially comes across as unapologetically hard, stomping his way through life without any concern for the ruin in his wake. But as we get to learn about Bash and his life, we realize there is a depth he does not let the world see.Angelica has had far from a charmed life, but she’s still the princess of the Atlanta RTMC chapter as the daughter of its president Bud. She loves her biker family but has made a decision she wants to live outside that world.
The connection between Bash and Angelica began years ago but since she left for college, they have not been in each other’s lives. Now they are both in Chattanooga and the chemistry is undeniable and irresistible.
I loved the beginning of this story. Some have complained about the story being broken into three books. I HATE serials, but this did not come across as such to me. This story was so complete and involved, it needed to be delivered in snippets. It was NOT someone including a bunch of filler in order to spread a story out and keep charging. This was a nearly 800 page story and every word was necessary and riveting. I simply waited until all three were available and read them back to back.
Absolutely worth it!

Bash Volume II Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club Book 4 edition by Candace Blevins Paranormal Romance eBooks Reviews
As a fan of Candace Blevin’s Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club series, I was pretty bummed when I saw that instead of one complete book, Bash’s book would be released in three installments. I really don’t like when this happens. I have no patience, hate waiting between books, and I detest cliffhangers. The total cost to me was $9.97 which is more than I generally pay. I did get 759 pages in total so I can swallow that cost, but it goes down hard.
With all three installments of Bash now released, I decided to re-read Duke and Brain before diving into Bash. Now that I’m done, I’m still trying to process what I just read. Ms. Blevins definitely added a lot more BDSM into Bash than she has previously in this series. At times I felt like I had stepped into one of her Safeword books which I liked, but went a bit beyond my BDSM comfort zone. Just a warning, Bash gets rough. Really, really rough. No doubt, a lot of the sex scenes were hot, but several made me a tad uncomfortable.
Volume II
The structure of the story within Vol II was spot on. Bash emerged as a more likeable character and I breathed a sigh of relief. His relationship with Angelica was solidifying and in turn I became more invested in their characters.
A couple of little niggling issues I can’t let go unmentioned. I don’t mind ménages, but Bash had such a hard time with it, why Angelica didn’t just scrap the idea was beyond me. She wasn’t as TSTL as she was in the first book, but there was a huge dumb move at the end that contributed to the cliffhanger. Unfortunately, she wasn’t alone, they all seemed to have lost their brain cells thinking it’s okay to go alone to have a beauty treatment when the bad guys are threatening mayhem.
Love, Werewolves and Crooked Authorities. Believable characters, interesting and entertaining dialogue. Easy to follow storyline.
The RTMC is battling crooked authorities, biker gangs and other wolves.
Bash and Angelica's relationship is an enjoyable read. They respect and listen to each other. No drama, drunken ramblings, or TSTL (to stupid to live) actions.
On Relationships
"Lying to me, no matter how big or how small, no matter the reason, will likely be the end of us. I think we can probably negotiate ninety percent of everything else.”
Legalities of Buyers and Sellers
“Answer my question, Thomas. You view the buyers as innocent and the sellers as the bad guys?”
"None are innocent, but if the sellers didn’t exist, the buyers wouldn’t be tempted.”
"And if the buyers didn’t exist, there’d be no reason for the sellers to set up their networks.”
Final installment of this series Bash, Volume III, is available on November 20, 2015.
I may re-read this part of the series and always look forward to, pre-order when possible, new works by this author.
