I’ve been looking forward to reading this one. Of course, I’m always looking forward to Shannon’s next book.

We’ve met Maya in previous books, but it was fun to find out her back story and what she is doing in Fircrest. As it turns out, she’s on the run from an abusive ex boyfriend. She’s working and trying to save up some money before she moves on. When she suspects her boyfriend has found her she needs to find a new apartment and ends up renting from the gorgeous Tristan. Tristan has sworn off women ever since his heart was broken when his girlfriend ran off and married another man.

I thought Maya and Tristan were perfect for each other. They both have strong personalities, but seem to balance each other out. I also loved how the town came together to help protect Maya, even though some of them had good reason not to. It was fun seeing past characters and returning to the charming town of Fircrest. I want to visit there someday!

Overall, a fun addition to the series and I look forward to at least one more trilogy to come. If you enjoy a good romantic suspense, give this one a try.

Usually when an author writes so many books in a series, I find the stories get predictable and I get bored. Not at all the case with Shannon Guymon's books. Although they're marketed as multiple 3-book series, it's really one large collection from Fircrest, Washington.

It's amazing how you hate a character in one book, but later on you get their side of things and they become the hero. Such is the case in this novel about Maya and Tristan. I couldn't put this book down and read it all afternoon. Loved it! Keep them coming!
This is the third book in the love & wedding trilogy and my favorite one of the three. I thought the first one missed the Mark a little & the second one was Filled with to much heartache & sadness. This book just kept my attention & I loved the romance between Tristan & Maya. They made such a cute couple! I do feel that the author Shannon Guymon writing is going in a new direction where happy endings aren't a guarantee anymore. Another element she seems to be adding is death of a character that's why book 2 was so sad. There's death in this book also, just not as devastating as in book 2 of this trilogy. I still would highly recommend this book, but I'm going to be more cautious of Shannon's Upcoming books before I order them. I need happy endings that she won't tear apart in a later book.
At last Maya feels safe, or does she? She's been getting that funny feeling she's being watched so she does something stupid because she's scared again, she kisses Pule! Because he's a cop now, he could keep her safe,at last. The very next day his police car gets trashed and poor Posey gets blamed,but Maya knows who did it.
Maya feels terrible for using Pule and when she moves in with Tristan to feel safe again at last,he's angry with her for using Pule even though she's sorry. In Tristan she finally starts to feel that she might have found the one at last, but he's been burned badly by his former girlfriend.Will he forgive Maya, will they have a love that will withstand all the obstacles in their way. Will they find the dream they both want, the love they both need at last, before it's too late? Oh and Maya's found a new best friend,at last , it's Posey! Yup Posey, Pule's financee!!!!!
The town of Fircrest comes together and shows Maya that her home is Fircrest, she belongs there, she's wanted there , and all the Fircrest gang puts it all on the line to show Maya she's home at last!I love this book for so many reasons starting with the cover, love it. It shows unconditional love, forgiveness,mystery,true friendship and willingness to do whatever it takes to help your friends and family and to keep them safe. It's a good clean read, I'd recommend it to any and everyone 😊 5 stars all the way
Have you ever read a book that when you get to the end of the book, you are sad that it is ending? You get so involved in the character’s lives, that when it’s over you feel like a friend is leaving you. That is how I felt about this book. This book is one of those books that you could read more than once. It pulls you into the story from the first page to the last. I loved this book so much. It was so good from the very first page from the last. I didn't want to put it down.

The story kept me on the edge of my seat, screaming nooo, sighing, or saying what the heck! Those are seriously the best kind of books. This is the kind of book that you can just escape into, when everything in life is crazy. I love to just sit back grab a snack and get entranced into a story of romance, suspense, and just plain fun. I could literally stay up for hours just reading it. I love how this book has all of the elements you love in a book. it's full of romance, suspense, and just plain fun. The story is fun and really keeps you hooked.

I love the characters in this book. Maya is a beautiful, strong, guarded and feisty woman that has a good heart. Tristan is a caring, protective, and guarded knight in shining armor type guy. Together they create some amazing sparks. Their chemistry is truly undeniable, and they fit together so well. I love how they are both vulnerable, and bring out the best in each other. You can truly see their feelings start to develop. I love how they start to see the good in each other, and really learn to trust each other. It is beautifully written and not rushed. It is a beautiful story of learning to trust your heart again. It has such sweet awe inducing moments in it, and so much heart.

I love how all the characters return and how they always help each other out. It is a true family community. They are always there for each other, and that is what makes all of these books so amazing. This one is just like all of the rest. You won't be disappointed; it truly leaves you smiling when you finish it.

I recommend this book to all those that love a book with a lot of heart and fun romance. You won't be sorry after reading this, and you will even want to read it again.
Check out all the books by Shannon Guymon. She is truly an amazing writer that knows how to write stories that can get you hooked and not want to put them down. Make sure to read this when you have time to stay up late. Believe me once you start reading them, you won't want to stop!
